Business Endeavors understands partnerships are important. We partner with your team to develop, design, and manage various events from start to finish, and everything in between. We have partnered with various groups to provide them with quality event design and management services, including the Association for Preservation Technology, the International Genetic Epidemiology Society, the Genetic Analysis Workshop, the National Trust for Canada, Non-Human Primates Model for AIDS Research, and the American Society of Primatologists.

Need staff on-site for your event?  We can do that too!  We’ve worked in this capacity with groups including the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, Hispanic Executive Dialogue, and the African American and Hispanic Executive Leadership Summit for Accenture.

“The Association for Preservation Technology International (APT) is a non-profit organization which promotes the best technologies to preserve old buildings. Comprised of 1,500 architects, engineers, preservationists, and academics from around the world, APT is a complex organization. Each year it holds an annual conference in a major city in North America. Attendance ranges between 600 - 1,100 people, with hundreds of activities spread over five days.

Business Endeavors has managed APT’s annual conference for the past three years, with resounding success. The founder and owner of Business Endeavors, Vanessa Olmo, leads a team of professionals from around the country, each with expertise in different aspects of planning and executing a large conference. Business Endeavors is always planning our conferences 3-4 years out, but never takes its eye off the upcoming conference. It is reassuring to have such a competent team working on our behalf — and they’re fun to work with, too!”

“Vanessa and her team are the best. I think what makes the Business Endeavors team unique is that they understand the conference delegates and can make suggestions and recommendations that are not only based on years of experience, but also tailored to the characteristics of the attendees. They are highly flexible and creative, and will find a way to accommodate special requests within budget. I cannot recommend Business Endeavors highly enough!”

“I don't know what I would do without Vanessa Olmo and Business Endeavors!

I have worked with Vanessa for multiple scientific meetings over many years and she makes it very easy to run a conference. She has taken care of everything from locating and booking a meeting site, to registration, arranging AV and poster boards and name tags and program books, conference banquets, and keeping track of manuscripts for the conference proceedings, leaving me free to concentrate on the scientific program. Many of our meeting participants know Vanessa and look forward to greeting her at the registration desk. I enthusiastically and unreservedly recommend Vanessa Olmo and Business Endeavors for any kind of meeting planning.”

“Every two years we have an international meeting, held at sites in the US or Europe that attracts 200-300 participants.

Since 1991, Vanessa Olmo has had major responsibility for all aspects of meeting organization, including interaction with participants, organizers, editors, and publisher; site selection and liaison with local organizers; maintenance of the meeting website, wiki, and mailing list; collation and distribution of pre-meeting materials; and preparation of the proceedings. The meetings have been a great success, thanks in large part to Vanessa’s efforts. I highly recommend Vanessa and Business Endeavors.”
